Tina Balfour is an accomplished executive specializing in driving optimum business performance.  She has spent 20 years with a leading drug development service company and in that time has helped organizations transform operations to maximize efficiencies while gaining market share.  She is known for her passion for driving operational excellence and achieving quantifiable results.  Ms. Balfour has been recognized at the executive level for her success in skillfully leading teams to achieve transformational goals.

Tina’s expertise in enhancing organizational performance is complemented by in depth knowledge of strategy development, service/capability development, organizational design, project management, change management, process improvement and technology implementations.  Further, she is adept at developing and managing high functioning teams and motivating others.​

She brings a dynamic leadership style and a talent for building teams and engaging customers and stakeholders.  She is a professional, motivated by experience, with exceptional communication and problem solving skills. 

She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a M.A. in Public Policy from The George Washington University.  She is also Six Sigma certified.  ​

Tina is actively involved with local and national animal welfare organizations.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of Norbeck Country Club where she is an avid tennis player and golfer.  She lives in Rockville, MD with her husband, daughters, and growing brood of rescue animals.
